Australia’s largest working hostel group – DingoBlue Backpackers.

Over 15,000 2nd year visas granted over 15 years. So you can be assured of your 2nd or 3rd year visa.

50 people required immediately for HOURLY PAID jobs. Various picking and packing jobs: avocados, macadamias, citrus, sweet potatoes and more!

It’s not all about work – you can also play -DingoBlue BASE is Bundaberg’s largest hostel featuring the famous BASE BAR with DJ’s, club, giant pool and outdoor movie screen and epic Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday sessions.

Rent is from $160/week for a shared dorm. Couples rooms available. Free transport to/from work.

Most of our current guests are people who have done their 88 days and have chosen to

Not a backpacker? That’s ok. We accept applications from Australian citizens, permanent residents, international students as well as working holiday visa holders.

The job you are allocated to will depend on the date of your check in and suitability for the job placement. We have work 12 months of the year and work with some of Bundaberg’s largest growing and packing operations. Current wait time to be allocated to a job is 1 – 2  days ( weather and harvest conditions dependant).


Pay rates for jobs vary depending on the position but include casual, part time and piece rate work – all paid in accordance with the horticulture award and include 9.5% superannuation. All work is eligible for Second and Third Working Holiday visa.
